Where to Start
We are all looking to improve ourselves and "level up." My advice is to take it slow and work on no more than three things at a time. Too often we jump into the deep end, only to realize we can't actually swim. Start with my Big Three - Breathe, Move, Meditate.
Breathe: Learning how to actually breathe and get connected with your body through breath will change your life.
Move: It's simple physics, a body at motion stays at motion. Moving your body will create movement in your life.
Meditate: Being able to shut out the noise around us allows us to calm the noise inside us. Meditation can come in many different forms and lengths - 1 minute to one hour. If you can get into focused meditation, you can accomplish anything.
